Presented during NCI’s 2018 Annual Conference, held in Austin, Texas, and accepted by our service manager, Michael Greany, and our field supervisor, Nick Perez, the award recognizes our commitment to superior service and Performance-Based Contracting™.
NCI President, Rob Falke, who presented the award along with NCI CEO, Dominick Guarino, commented on our dedication to thorough technician training, noting that “nearly 75% of [All Pro’s] 53 technicians—including plumbers—go through NCI training and earn certifications. This is really rare.”
