Yes. Newer systems still accumulate dirt on coils, benefit from refrigerant checks, and need electrical components verified. Some manufacturer warranties also require documented annual service to remain valid.

Can you service a ductless mini-split?

Yes. We maintain both central systems and ductless units. Let us know what you have when you book.

What if you find a problem during the visit?

We stop and tell you before doing any additional work. You get a written estimate and decide how to proceed. Nothing gets added to the bill without your approval.

How often should I change my filter?

Every one to three months depending on system type, usage, and how dusty your area is. We’ll give you a specific recommendation based on your setup when we come out.
